Client support tools
Tools for managing requests, keeping track of follow-up and making useful client information easier to find. Built around how your team handles support.
Custom software & AI automation
I build software around the everyday needs of your business, including client support and operations management. These tools use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and make routine tasks easier to manage.
Consultation is free. You can start with a problem to solve; you don’t need a technical brief.
If your team spends time copying information between systems, chasing updates or working around a process that no longer fits, there may be a simpler way to handle it.

Internal tools for the tasks, information and handoffs that keep your business running. A clearer view of what’s happening and what needs attention.
Connecting the software you already use and reducing repetitive steps, such as moving information between systems or preparing routine updates.
I’ve built tools to help clients manage support and day-to-day operations. Each starts with the way their business works and the tasks they need help with.
AI can help with tasks such as summarising information, sorting incoming requests or preparing a draft for someone to review. We’ll look at where it would be useful, what information it needs and how to check its output.
The solution might combine AI with straightforward automation and an interface your team can use. We’ll agree which steps can run automatically and which need someone’s review, then test the workflow against examples from your business.
I also build SaaS products for small and medium-sized businesses. We can define a focused first version, build the essential features and refine it as people start using it.
I co-founded Goosechase and work on both product development and client projects. Bring the idea and who it’s for; we can work through what the first version needs to do.
Show me how you handle it today, which systems are involved and where time gets lost. We’ll consider whether your existing software can do more before deciding what to build.
We’ll define the users, essential features, integrations and budget. You’ll know what the first version includes and what can wait.
You’ll review the tool as it takes shape. We’ll test the agreed workflow, work through feedback and plan the handoff before it becomes part of daily use.
Custom software is quoted around the work involved. The number of users, integrations, data and complexity all affect the estimate. We’ll agree on the scope and cost before development begins.
We’ll also cover code ownership, access to accounts, hosting, any AI or other third-party usage costs, and who handles maintenance. Ongoing support is arranged separately.
Yes. A recurring task or an awkward part of your process is enough to start the conversation. We can look at a focused tool or improvement before considering a larger system.
Often, yes. It depends on the access and integration options each system provides. Tell me what you use and what you want to happen between them, and I’ll check what’s possible.
No. Some tasks are better handled by ordinary automation, a clearer interface or a change to an existing tool. I’ll recommend an approach based on the work it needs to do.
Before choosing an AI service, we’ll discuss the information involved, who should have access, and any requirements for storage or sharing. We’ll agree what can be sent to third-party services and where human review is needed.
Describe the task or idea, who would use the tool and the systems involved. Include any budget or deadline you have. A description is enough for the first conversation; please leave out passwords and confidential client records.
Tell me about the task, the problem or the product you have in mind. We can work out whether a custom tool would help and what a useful first version could look like.
