Experience and approach

I’ve been building for the web since 2008. I also co-founded Goosechase and am a technologist and instructor at Conestoga College. My work covers website design, custom WordPress development and support for existing sites.

  1. Talk through the job.

    Send your current site, what needs to change and any deadlines. If you have designs or a brief, include those too.

  2. Agree on the work.

    I’ll help define the pages, functionality, content and responsibilities so the estimate is tied to an actual scope.

  3. Build, review and hand over.

    You’ll have a chance to review the work before launch. We’ll also cover editing and any ongoing support you need.

Frequently asked questions

Can we meet in Kitchener–Waterloo?

Yes. I work with clients in Kitchener–Waterloo and am based in Delhi, Ontario. We can meet in person or work remotely.

Do I need a designer before I contact you?

No. I can handle design and WordPress development together. If you already have a designer or approved Figma files, I can take on the development and work directly with your team.

What does the $2,000 starting price cover?

It is a starting point for a straightforward custom WordPress website, not a fixed package for every project. The number of pages, design, content readiness, integrations and migration work affect the estimate. We’ll agree on the deliverables, cost and what you need to supply before work begins.

Can you work with our agency?

Yes. I can build from your designs or support a WordPress project already in progress. Send the designs, technical requirements and target launch date so we can work out the development scope and how I’ll fit into your team.

Can you improve the site we already have?

Yes. A rebuild isn’t always the right first step. I can review the existing WordPress site and help with editing problems, layout issues, performance, accessibility or ongoing maintenance. See WordPress support options.
